Our story
A small kitchen with a long ingredient list.
We started in 2019 out of a single kitchen in Boulder, slinging sandwiches to rock climbers headed up Eldorado Canyon. Word spread. Soon we were dropping off lunches at the corner gas station, then the elementary school down the street.
Today we make hundreds of sandwiches a day — but we still bake the bread, roast the meat, and chop the vegetables right here. No shortcuts. No mystery ingredients. Just the kind of sandwich you'd want to pack for a long day outside.
